The school is committed to a pursuit of excellence in learning, with an unwavering focus on developing the fullest potential of all students, regardless of their individual backgrounds. The Marshall community creates an environment in which each pupil is recognized for his/her talents, is treated with respect and dignity, and is expected to treat others likewise. In each student, Marshall fosters enthusiasm for learning, pride and accomplishment, self-discipline, self-esteem, and consideration for the ideas and values of a multi-cultural student population. An integral component of every pupil's experience at Marshall is an appreciation of the privilegies and responsibilities that attend a democratic way of life.
